About Us
Rock Creek, Inc. is a Homeowners Association located in beautiful Cooper City, Florida and sits on over 640 acres, which includes a 116 acre lake. There are over 1800 homes in the community, including many with lovely lake front lots. The community is single family residential with some of the earliest homes built back in the 1970’s and some homes built as recently as 2004. There are 12 sub-associations within Rock Creek.
The association offers for its residents amenities such as; playgrounds, basketball courts, walking paths, and many spots to sit and enjoy the 116 acres of water. Cooper City Pool and Tennis is located within Rock Creek and offers many health and exercise options for its members.
The Master Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and has an on-site staff providing management and maintenance of the Common areas of the community.
Rock Creek, Inc. has a staff of eleven employees, including a Community Manager, Office Manager, On Site Manager, Property Compliance Supervisor, two Team Leaders, and five more field employees. We work at the direction of the Board of Directors and the community has been fortunate to have three employees that have been with Rock Creek, over 30 years.
